Item Lost after rollback

this is how it started..

i had an Ultimate Legendary Golden Gloves(ULGG) awaked w/ (350mp , DMMT 7%, DMMT 7%) just awaked it yesterday .. i'm using my Blade account while upgrading my ULGG to +10 piercing it with water card A and putting STR +75 diamond.. i had a long time putting diamonds because STR is just so rare.. after for about an hour.. i've finally finished upgrading my ULGG .. the complete option is.. (ULGG+10 , +350mp,DMMT7%,DMMT7% STR+75 pierce w/ 70int%,DMMT20%) after upgrading.. i traded my item to my BP (i'm using dual log-in here) along w/ my toefin shield .. i decided to revert my shield and find some good awakes and come up w/ a DMMT7%, 350mp i pierced it automatically, i close my other account while piercing my shield.. after putting 10 water card A's, i've noticed that everyone stoped and suddenly it got DC .. it takes few minutes before i can login again .. after i loged in, i noticed that my BP is back at the arena where it is 1st spawned after i loged it in.. when my look in my inventory, my ULGG and shield is gone and all items that i used rolledback .. i rushly login my blade to find out if the ULGG is there and the shield but unfortunately .. there's none .. i thought i'm very lucky on that day having that ULGG and shield .. but it dissappeared in a blink of an eye ..

what i've understood of what happened is that when i logout my Blade of all its recent activities are saved while my BP is a subject to any change because it is active in that time. Suppose i didn't logged out my blade, the knux and shield will be their.. but i dont expect that there will that rollback so i loged out my blade to prevent lags. now my ULGG and my Toefin Shield is now gone ..

if your a RF player .. you must understand this .. what happened yesterday will be a big problem because this will be a way to dupe items .. i'm saying this so that the game will still be fair and exciting ..

my problem now is how to retrieve my ULGG even w/o the shield but better w/ it .. i hope GM's can read this and reply to this ASAP ..

any reply is possible .. i can surely understand..

i can retrieve ur Weapon but i cant retrieve the diamonds option

that will be a great news .. dont mind the diamond opt.. ill handle it ..

i hope rollback's will stop ..

rollback is not really an issue in our server

the reason why our server was down at that particular moment is that the developer is trying to fix the lagg problem
